We accept your order submitted online. Once you submit your order, we
will
send you an order confirmation via e-mail with your order number, in
case you
want to check on the status of your order. If it is a purchase
please remember
to fax or e-mail the sales contract.

- Our turn times are based on when we receive the order.
- All prices include shipping to via Priority Mail outside of Colorado and
UPS
Ground inside Colorado
- Shipping by Overnight is available upon request with an added charge.
- If you are set up to read ACI files we can e-mail your appraisal upon
request.
- We need the plans and specs for construction appraisals, please send as soon
as possible.
